Creating the best version of yourself requires work. Life struggles and setbacks are natural encounters and it is how you respond through thoughts and behaviors that define your power. You are worth it! The healing journey is defined by you creating a life you want to live as I work as an aid, the vessel to help you clear the thoughts, behaviors, and narratives that are holding you back.
I am here to support you in finding the clarity you seek by activating your strengths and digging deep. I do not have the answers, you do, and it is my passion to help you discover your inner voice that holds the answers.

Individual Therapy
Self-discovery is a powerful process to uncover your full potential that aligns with your values and beliefs. The relationship starts with yourself. You are ready to live in the present, the life you want, and create your own life narrative. An authentic life full of joy and wellness. What would your life be if you committed to yourself, all of yourself? We move through seasons of life, we encounter transitions and change as part of our human experience. End your silence and reclaim your life. Mental health struggles do not define you as you are not your mind. You can reduce the frequency of depressive and anxious thoughts and feelings, and learn how to utilize symptoms as a positive aid in your healing, heal from trauma, wake up energized, communicate assertively, build meaningful relationships, and not be consumed by negative thought patterns and behaviors.
You Deserve to Feel Seen & Heard
You may not have people in your life who listen when you share how you’re feeling. You may not have the skills to cope with the challenges you’re facing in your day to day life.
Therapy can provide you with a safe space where you can share your personal story, your most intimate details without judgment, where you can learn new skills to manage challenges, and where you can explore who you are in this moment and who you want to be. You will learn to be kind to yourself and how to sit with feelings that are uncomfortable to evolve.
It can feel uncomfortable or unfamiliar to advocate for your own wellbeing, but taking the step towards seeking support for yourself is a big step towards creating positive change in your life.
